Tamarack Lodge, Waterfront on Lake Bellaire

Our family of seven adults enjoyed our stay at Tamarack Lodge. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the lake view was serene. The house was spacious and had all the basics. Plenty of seating inside and out. We enjoyed the firepit a few times. Very quiet during our stay which we loved. Easy access to the town of Bellaire and Torch Lake. The water isn't ideal for swimming but was great for paddleboarding and kayaking. The night sky from the dock was amazing! Wish there had been more floats for the water, beach towels and board games available. Would recommend!

Beautiful home and amazing location!

Great set up for our family of ages 4 to seniors. Best is the beach/sand/dock.

Tamarack Lodge is an excellent property on Lake Bellaire. The house and views were beautiful, and its central location made day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mackinac Island, the U.P., Petosky, and Traverse City easy. My family had a wonderful time. Our only concern was the apparent lack of carbon monoxide (CO) detectors; the detectors we saw were First Alert smoke detectors, and none were labeled as CO detectors. Aside from that, I highly recommend this property.

The host was great and very responsive. The property was perfect and included nice amenities. We look forward to staying again and loved our time at Tamarack Lodge!
